Karina Demurova  (Mezzo-Soprano)


Karina Demurova borned in 1991 in Moscow. She finished a music school with excellent marks  as a pianist at 2007. Between 2008-2012, she was a student of Moscow State music college under the Moscow State Conservatory by the name of P.Tchaikovsky (class of Glafira Korolieva)


While she was studying, she gained a laureate prize in Moscow’s student singing festival competition “Festos”(2010). She  also  marked  as the youngest professional singer among the winners .  She is a soloist with the women’s choir “Harmonia” of Prokofiev’s Music School directed by Tatiana Zarezako, performing Russian Spiritual Music, and in 2011 the choir won Gran Prix on the Lloret de Mar (Spain) choir competition “Voces de Oro” and Karina got a special prize for the her solo.  She then participated  at the spiritual music Gala Concert  in Montserrat (Spain) .


In 2012  graduated from the Tchaikovsky college with excellence as a classical singer. From 2012 until now, she is a student of Moscow State Superior Conservatory  P. Tchaikovsky (class of Professor  Anatoly Loshak). Meanwhile this year already participated in a student’s production of Verdi’s “La Traviata” as Flora. She is now preparing the part of Lola from Mascagni’s “Cavalleria Rusticana”.


Her performing languages include Russian, English, Italian, French and Spanish.
